Cooper, LLC, a full service commercial law firm, with practice areas in Commercial Litigation, Corporate Transactions, and Privacy & Cyber Security, opened its first location in the fall of 2018 in Cranford, New Jersey.

Cranford, New Jersey will remain the primary location for Ryan J. Cooper, while fellow attorney Carlos S. Montoya will be spearheading the Philadelphia location. Both Cooper and Montoya will be available in the New York City office by appointment only.
